Description
The Department of Health (DOH) is soliciting a partner organization to lead the implementation of a navigation care system pilot project focused on the postpartum population to prevent maternal deaths related to mental health and substance use disorders statewide. The contract aims to establish a sustainable and coordinated navigation system to advance family-based services for postpartum women diagnosed with mental health and/or substance use disorders. This system will assist state substance use agencies in providing outpatient treatment and recovery support services and promote a coordinated system of substance use disorder and mental health care within Hawaii.
