Description

This is a joint Road and Utility Project between the City of New Braunfels and New Braunfels Utility (NBU) for Coll Street Drainage and Reconstruction Improvements. The project includes roadway reconstruction of Coll Street between Castell Avenue and Market Avenue, installation of a storm drainage system with outfall, retaining walls, pedestrian improvements, traffic signal modifications, new water and sanitary sewer lines, underground electric facilities, and telecommunications conduit. The contract will have dual ownership and aims to coordinate construction services to expedite project completion and realize cost savings and improvements in efficiency and quality of roadway, water, and wastewater facilities. The project requires compliance with all applicable regulations and coordination with the City of New Braunfels.
