Description

The County of Fresno on behalf of the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is requesting proposals from qualified local Foster Family Agencies (FFA) to provide Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) services to Fresno County youth eligible for Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS), including dependents of the Child Welfare System (CWS), probation youth, and other Medi-Cal beneficiaries under age 21 who meet medical necessity. The County intends to select one bidder to provide the requested services under a resulting Agreement. The selected bidder will be chosen based on their response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) and their proposed service capacity. Bidders can propose to serve all or a portion of this amount.
