This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks firm fixed price proposals from qualified contractors to provide a range of language access services including Over-the-Phone Interpretation, Video Remote Interpretation, Remote Video Conferencing, Simultaneous Live Interpretation, In-Person Interpretation, Document Translation, Transcriptions, and services for the visually and hearing-impaired. These services are required for various Montgomery County departments on an as-needed basis, available 24/7 throughout the year. The County intends to select a pool of providers and does not guarantee any minimum service amount to any contractor. Vendors must include standardized glossaries and/or predictive text generators to reduce costs and confirm supported platforms and licensing requirements for video interpretation services.
