Description

The City of Wetaskiwin is seeking a qualified consulting partner to deliver Phase 0 services for the replacement of the City’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The scope includes ERP visioning, strategic planning, requirements development, preparing an ERP System Replacement RFP, evaluation tools, demonstration scripts, and facilitating procurement and negotiations with ERP vendors. An optional add-on for implementation advisory services during the ERP implementation phase is also available. Proposals must be submitted via email and include Schedule B - Proposal Form.
