Description

The City of Gulf Breeze is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the installation of a generator, transfer switch, concrete pad, and related emergency power system improvements at the Community Center. The City will provide project design, technical direction, and any required construction documents through in-house staff and/or its designated representatives. The selected contractor will be responsible for all construction and installation activities, including coordination, testing, startup, and project closeout. Professional engineering services are not included in this solicitation unless specifically authorized in writing by the City.
