Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) is seeking proposals from independent third-party Commissioning Authority firms and teams to provide commissioning authority services for a planned eight-story Student Housing facility at the KPU Surrey Newton campus. The successful proponent will act as a third-party advisor for the owner, leading the commissioning team, advocating for the owner, and reviewing documentation and construction activities to ensure owner requirements are met.
