Description

The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment, as required, to complete work items on USCGC TAMPA located at US Coast Guard IPF Portsmouth. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 336611 Shipbuilding and Repairing and a small business size standard of 1,300. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price order resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 05/05/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil and Mathew.a.malo@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 17a (include UEI), 23, 24 & 30a, b and c of the SF 1449 are completed along with the pricing schedule and provide a copy of liability insurance before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above, no later than NOON Eastern Time on 05/01/2026.
