Description
The Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) is seeking proposals from qualified Microsoft partner organizations to provide ad-hoc post-live support, train-the-trainer services, and custom portal development related to GO-Biz's migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365. The work includes finalizing the Dynamics 365 implementation through post-live stabilization, knowledge transfer to internal IT staff, and development of a Grant Portal and Site Selection Portal integrated with Dynamics 365. The goal is for GO-Biz staff to independently manage and operate all platform components upon completion of the engagement. The contract term is from June 1, 2026 to May 30, 2027.
