Description

This solicitation is for building repair services at the Apparatus Bay Facility located at 45360 Lucky Baldwin Ranch Road, Big Bear, CA 92314. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, supervision, and fees to complete demolition, structural repair, installation of new metal wall panel systems, garage door systems, electrical component repairs, and replacements of exterior and interior building components.
