The space requirements include a large public queue/transaction area, private offices, conference room, lunch room, audit/safe room, restrooms, janitor closet, mail room, server room, locker room, interview/wellness room, and administration reception/waiting area. The building and facilities must be ADA accessible and meet specific electrical, telecommunications, HVAC, and plumbing requirements. Proposals must also include a summary of the building's sustainability and resiliency attributes and planned upgrades to address energy efficiency and climate change. The lease term is 10 years with occupancy anticipated in Q2 2027, including taxes, operating costs, janitorial services, repairs, painting, and parking for visitors and fleet vehicles.
