Description
The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking qualified contractors to perform work for Steam to Hot Water Tube Bundles at Nathan Kline Institute located at Building 35, 140 Old Orangeburg Rd, Orangeburg, NY 10962. The scope includes removal and replacement of steam tube bundles, cleaning and inspection of shells, installation of new actuators, steam traps, strainers, re-piping steam lines, rewiring actuators, removing and installing new coils and gaskets, reenergizing electrical components, testing operation, and adding insulation to exposed piping. All material and labor costs are to be included. There is an optional site visit and a deadline for bid submission via email.
