Battery Park City Authority d/b/a Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) requests proposals from qualified firms to be appointed to a pre-qualified panel of firms to provide municipal advisory services, including acting as BPCA's Independent Registered Municipal Advisor (IRMA), on an as-needed work order basis. Services include advice on debt financing, market conditions, credit rating agencies, investor relations, and other financial matters, both transactional and non-transactional. The contract term is 3 years with 2 one-year renewal options. Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE), Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (SDVOB) are encouraged to submit proposals.
