Description
The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS D&C) intends to contract with one firm to provide Architectural and/or Engineering services. The firm must have strong expertise in architectural, structural engineering, and site/civil/utility engineering, with possible additional tasks in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection/fire alarm engineering, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability. Projects will involve rehabilitation of existing buildings, structures, and facilities, as well as planning and design of new buildings, structures, and facilities. The contract term is five years, with three years to assign new work and two additional years to complete assignments.
