The City of North Tonawanda is seeking a qualified engineering firm(s) to provide construction inspection services for the Payne Park Aquatic Facility project located at Payne Park, 848 Payne Avenue North Tonawanda, NY 14120. The services may be required for up to one year, commencing in Spring 2026. The work is divided into four prime contracts: General Construction, Electrical Construction, HVAC, and Plumbing, including a new outdoor swimming pool, seasonal pool house, pool slides, water features, fencing, sidewalks, parking lot, utilities, sitework, and landscaping. Proposals are due by May 8, 2026, and MWBE firms are encouraged to apply with specific MBE and WBE goals of 15% each.
