Description

The Long Island State Veterans Home is requesting proposals for a five (5) year contract for monthly service visits for on-site testing, inspection of all water treatment program chemical feed/control equipment for proper operation. The contractor will also take inventories and review findings with plant personnel in accordance with the scope of work. The contract term is 5 years and the location is state-wide. Minority and Women Business Enterprise contracting goals are set at 15% each.
