Summit County Service Area No. 3 is soliciting bids from experienced contractors for the construction of a new 750,000 gallon concrete culinary water storage tank and over 14,000 linear feet of culinary waterlines ranging from 6 to 10 inches in diameter. The project includes construction of the storage tank, a tank valve vault, 2,500 linear feet of access roadway, installation of culinary waterlines, a PRV station, and asphalt removal and replacement. The work must be substantially complete by January 31, 2027, with full completion by July 1, 2027. Bids are to be submitted electronically or as sealed bids by May 6, 2026.
