1. DISCLAIMER This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and market research purposes only in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party's expense.

2. BACKGROUND & REQUIREMENT The Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a Heavy Haul Gooseneck Trailer. The intended use of this equipment is to support the transport of heavy military vehicles and equipment.
