Description
The Salt Lake City Department of Airports is seeking proposals for a complete software upgrade of its Electronic Video Information Display System (EVIDS). The project requires a high-availability, fully redundant software suite to manage flight arrival and departure, baggage, ramp, and gate assignment information across more than 700 terminal, airside, and other facility endpoints including the park and wait lot, cargo facility, Airport Operations Center, and Airport Control Center. The selected vendor will provide support services for this system. Proposals must be submitted by May 29, 2026, with an intent to bid due on the same day. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 30, 2026.
