Jefferson Parish is seeking vendors to provide food and related services for Essential Duty Staff at the Emergency Operations and Communications Center during declared emergencies. - Government Buyer: - Jefferson Parish Department of Emergency Management, Emergency Operations and Communications Center - Products/Services Requested: - Meal service plans for essential staff, including: - Plan A: Three hot meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with beverages, fresh fruit, coffee, and snacks (minimum 50 meals per plan) - Plan B: Two hot meals (breakfast, dinner) and one cold meal (lunch) with beverages, fresh fruit, and box lunch - Plan C: One hot meal and two cold meals with beverages, fresh fruit, and box lunch - Plan D: Box meals with beverages, snacks, and special dietary accommodations - Food preparation, serving, and clean-up services at the Emergency Operations Center or other designated locations - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must be able to respond within 24 hours of notice - Sample menu submission required - Ability to accommodate special dietary needs - Minimum order quantity of 50 meals per plan - Vendor registration in the Infor Supplier Portal is mandatory - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial food service brands are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Emergency Operations Center, 910 3rd St, 2nd Floor, Gretna, LA 70053 - Period of Performance: - Two-year contract term with automatic extension if not replaced before expiration
