Emergency Food Services for Jefferson Parish Field Staff

Jefferson Parish is seeking vendors to provide food and related services for field staff during declared emergencies: - Government Buyer: - Jefferson Parish Department of Purchasing, in coordination with the Department of Emergency Management - Products/Services Requested: - Preparation, delivery, and cleanup of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for essential duty field staff - Four meal service plans (A-D), each with a minimum order of 50 meals per plan: - Plan A: Three hot meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with beverages, fresh fruit, coffee, and snacks - Plan B: Two hot meals (breakfast, dinner) and one cold meal (lunch) with beverages, fresh fruit, coffee, snacks, and a box meal lunch with insulated gel pack - Plan C: One hot meal and two cold meals with beverages, fresh fruit, coffee, snacks, and a box lunch with insulated gel pack - Plan D: Box meals with beverages, sandwich, nutritional snack, chips, and fresh fruit - Food preparation, serving, and cleanup at designated emergency locations - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must maintain a network of providers and be able to respond within 24 hours of notice - Compliance with all health codes and regulations is mandatory - Sample menus and detailed service requirements are provided - Mandatory registration in the Infor Supplier Portal due to Jefferson Parish's new ERP system - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial food service brands are named in the solicitation - Places of Performance: - Multiple designated Jefferson Parish facilities, including the Emergency Operations and Communications Center, Joseph S. Yenni Building, General Government Building, East bank Vehicle Maintenance Facility, LA 18, and Alario Center
