Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) is seeking proposals from independent third-party Commissioning Authority firms and teams to provide commissioning services for a planned eight-story Student Housing facility at the KPU Surrey Newton campus. The selected proponent will act as a third-party advisor for the Owner, leading the commissioning team, advocating for the Owner, and reviewing documentation and construction activities to ensure compliance with the Owner's requirements. The project involves ensuring that all commissioning activities meet the specified standards throughout the construction process.
