DISA/DITCO Europe is seeking proposals for a dedicated 100 MB Jumbo Frame commercial lease to support intra-Europe telecommunications connectivity. - Government Buyer: - Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Europe - Contracting office located at PATCH BARRACKS UNIT 30403, BUILDING 2341, APO, AE 09136 - Products/Services Requested: - 100 MB Jumbo Frame dedicated commercial lease circuit for intra-Europe connectivity - Service must support high-capacity, jumbo frame data transmission between European locations - Pricing must be provided as: - Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) - Non-Recurring Charge (NRC) - Tiered pricing for additional service months - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Service must comply with DITCO Additional Telecommunications Text (DATT) instructions and evaluation criteria - Source selection will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to qualified telecommunications providers - No hardware or equipment procurement is specified; focus is on leased telecommunications service

AMEND 0002: Requirement to start a 100MB Jumbo Frame commercial lease Intra-Europe.

Amendment 0002 has been issued for solicitation HC102126QA041. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) was used for this solicitation; the full text of all provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. In addition, any deviations may be accessed electronically at https://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfars_far_overhaul_class_deviations.html.    

All quoted prices shall be identified by Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC), Non-Recurring Charge (NRC), and any tiered pricing for additional service months, as applicable. The requested service date and acceptance criteria are outlined in the attached solicitation. TPs must comply with the terms and conditions as specified in the attached solicitation.  The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process will be used for evaluation purposes. Instructions and evaluation criteria can be found in the corresponding DITCO Additional Telecommunications Text (DATT) of the attached solicitation.
