Description
This construction requirement for Facility 541 involves a central modified-bitumen roof and three lower standing seam metal (SSM) roofs. The project replaces the central built-up roof with a new TPO system and adds a parapet on all four sides. The East and North SSM roofs will be removed down to the metal deck, receive new nail-base insulation, and be reconstructed with new SSM roofing. Work on the East SSM roof is limited to what is shown on the construction drawings and incidental related tasks. All work shall be completed in full accordance with the project specifications and drawings.
