This opportunity is for museum exhibit preservation and fabrication services at the National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC), located at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. - The Regional Contracting Office at Quantico is seeking vendors to provide: - Preservation, conservation, fabrication, and on-site installation services for all 19 themed galleries at NMMC - Services include repair, retrofit, and replacement of exhibit elements such as graphics, artifact cases, artifact mounts, realistic scenery, interactive kiosks, paint, minor drywall repair, media, AV systems, and carpet - Tasks may involve fabrication drawings, display structures, specialty fabrication, themed displays, graphics, exhibit floor coverings, samples, custom artifact cases, micro artifact mounts, and exhibit props - Fabrication and installation of new exhibits, repairs to existing galleries, and renovations - Use of high-quality, durable materials and compliance with museum and military installation standards is required - Coordination with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and adherence to safety and security protocols is mandatory - The contract is a firm fixed price indefinite delivery contract with a maximum order value of $24 million - The period of performance is June 29, 2026, to June 28, 2031, with an ordering period that may include unexercised options - This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - Place of performance and delivery is the National Museum of the Marine Corps and Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA
