The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) is seeking vendors to assist up to fifteen Open Educational Resources (OER) Grant Program grantees. The assistance includes project management support to help grantees efficiently utilize grant funds for planning, managing, and publishing high-quality, accessible, openly licensed course materials. Vendors will also provide professional development opportunities focused on OER awareness, publishing, and development of openly licensed resources such as textbooks and full course curricula. Additionally, guidance and support on creating and publishing content with a Creative Commons license will be provided.
