Schertz Cibolo Universal City Independent School District (SCUC ISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide medical plan brokerage and related support services for the District's employee medical plan. The selected firm will serve as the District's Medical Broker of Record and work closely with Masonry Health, the District's strategic healthcare architect and advisor. The broker will support the District's medical plan strategy, procurement, market engagement, carrier and vendor negotiations, implementation, compliance, and ongoing service. The engagement is considered a bridge year for 2026 with potential for more substantial redesign in 2027. The scope is limited to the employee medical plan and related infrastructure, excluding dental, vision, disability, life, voluntary, and other ancillary coverages.
