The U.S. Air Forces in Europe is preparing to procure advanced thermal camouflage netting for operational use at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, U.S. Air Forces in Europe, 52 CONS DA LGC - Products/Services Requested: - 30 units of Thermal Camo Netting (minimum 7.5M x 7.5M per net) - Designed to cover one JLTV per net, with modular connectivity for larger coverage - Masks Mid-Wave and Long-Wave Infrared (MWIR/LWIR) signatures to reduce thermal detection of personnel, vehicles, and equipment - Utilizes advanced materials, including nanotechnology - Reversible with evergreen and woodland camouflage patterns - Ruggedized to MIL-STD-810H standards for durability - Includes support hardware: carbon fiber poles, spreaders, and heavy-duty stakes - Training on the use of the Thermal Camo Net equipment is required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Nets must be lightweight, modular, and connectable - Must provide significant reduction in thermal signatures using advanced materials - Reversible camouflage patterns and compliance with military ruggedization standards - Delivery and training to occur at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany - No specific OEMs or part numbers are identified in the notice or attachments

This is an official pre-solicitation, for an anticipated firm-fixed-price contract. 

This is only a pre-solicitation to notify prospective offerors. Quotes are not currently being requested. 

The potential contract is for the purchasing of 30 Thermal Camo Nets IAW Attachement 1 - Salient Characteristics - FA560626QA029 to be delivered to Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. 

Note: Training on equipment is required.
