Large aircraft wheel washer capable of removing rubber/carbon deposits. Automated cleaning of C-130J aircraft wheels for corrosion control. Includes removal and disposal of old wheel washer from Ramstein AB. The wheel washer must be able to wash C-130 aircraft wheels with an automatic cycle, requires little to no manual scrubbing between washes, and includes self contained filtration system, oil skimmer, and some form of loading and unloading assist to limit the need for members to lift the wheels into the machine by hand.
