Description
This notice is prepared IAW RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2).
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price supply contract to purchase furniture in support of DTRA located at Yokota AB. The anticipated award date is on or about 15 May 2026 (subject to change).
Description of the requirement: The contractor shall provide the office furniture in accordance with the product specification sheets, including building of the furniture, installation, transportation and any additional equipment or materials necessary to deliver the required products.
Note 1: This procurement will be performed entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses work in the country of Japan.
