Procurement of L3Harris AN/PRC-163 Radios, Secure Waveform Software, and Accessories

The Department of the Air Force, Pacific Air Forces (FA5215 766 ESS PKP), is seeking to acquire advanced tactical communications equipment for military operations at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. - Primary OEM: L3Harris Technologies is the specified manufacturer for all requested equipment and software. - Main products requested: - 93 units of the L3Harris AN/PRC-163 20M Multi-channel Handheld Radio System (part number: RF-335M-HH001) - 93 units each of GPS Supply (12193-8940-0106), COMSEC/DODAAC / KLIF Account (12193-8940-0034), and AN/PRC-163 (12193-8940-0030) - 93 units each of software factory options: Phantom Wraith Waveform Bundle (12193-8940-0029), SATURN NATO ED 4 (12241-1000-01), Wren TSM (12193-0600-A1), and ARROW WF Option, 335M (12193-0460-A006) - 93 units of Adapter Assembly, Dismounted General, MCHH (12500-2500-02) - 93 units of Cable Assembly, 19-Pin to Dual Audio and EUD/RKDU (RF-5853-CH206) - 16 units of Cable Assembly, USB, PDA184 - All items must be L3Harris-manufactured; no substitutes or equivalents are permitted. - The procurement includes both hardware and software to enable secure, interoperable, and multi-waveform tactical communications. - Accessories such as adapters, cables, and chargers are included to ensure full operational capability. - Delivery and performance are specified for Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.

Description

The is for a comprehensive tactical communications package. The core of the purchase consists of 93 units of the AN/PRC-163 Multi-channel Handheld Radio System. This is supplemented by critical software waveforms for secure and interoperable communications, including the Phantom Wraith Waveform Bundle, SATURN NATO ED 4, Wren TSM, and ARROW WF. The package also includes essential accessories for operational use, such as dismounted adapters, dual audio/EUD cables, USB cables, rechargeable batteries, and six-bay battery chargers. Or equal products will not be accepted for this requirement.
