The U.S. Air Force at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston is seeking information from industry for the replacement of a fire alarm control panel in Building 613. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 502d Civil Engineer Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston (JBSA FSH) - Products/Services Requested: - Complete replacement of the existing Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) and associated components - Includes new addressable fire alarm system, initiating devices, notification appliances, and integration with existing building systems - Must comply with NFPA 72, NFPA 70, and local fire codes - Installation of a dedicated 120VAC circuit with lockable breaker - Installation, programming, and commissioning services - Removal of old system, site survey, certified shop drawings, testing, final inspection with Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), and staff training - 5-year parts and labor warranty required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must integrate with existing devices and connect to a 24/7 monitoring station - All work to be performed during normal duty hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) - Strict adherence to safety and security protocols - 5-year warranty on parts and labor - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified in the requirements - Place of Performance: - Building 613, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX
