THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
The Billings Area Indian Health Service is to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements to Data Innovations LLC., 463 Mountain View Dr STE 305, Colchester, Vermont.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is: 541511 – Custom Computer Programming Services $34. The object of this sole source award is provide Instrument Manager Maintenance and Support Services to the Billings Area Service Unit Locations of Montana. Data Innovations LLC. has the infrastructure in place to ensure uninterrupted patient care for a period of performance of May 1st, 2026 through April 30th, 2027 with Four Option Periods.
