The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0326Q0101.This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through RFO FAR Part 12, Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026. Items offered must meet or exceed the technical specifications. Interested parties shall submit sufficient documentation and explain how offerings meet, exceed, or differ from each Salient Characteristic for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Merely providing technical specifications without direct comparison is insufficient for evaluation. An addendum may be included with submittal.
