The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking a contractor to deliver comprehensive event planning, logistics, production, media support, and marketing services for the Innovative Housing Showcase, a multi-day event on the National Mall. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) - CPO: Philadelphia Operations Branch - Scope of Services: - End-to-end event planning, project management, and logistics support - Pre-event planning, event logistics (equipment, utilities, tents, AV, signage), and security - Media support, communications, marketing campaigns, and public engagement - Coordination with the National Park Service (NPS) and HUD - Post-event activities and after-action reports - All services must ensure ADA compliance - Unique Requirements: - Contractor must have prior experience performing services on the National Mall and be approved to do so - Familiarity with NPS permitting process is required - Offerors must provide evidence of eligibility, past performance on the National Mall, and a reference at NPS - Contract Structure: - Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one year - Event tentatively scheduled for September 2026 - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are named in the solicitation or attachments - Key Deliverables: - Project management plans, site selection, event logistics plans, marketing campaigns, public engagement plans, and after-action reports

Description

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a need for end-to-end event planning and event logistics support Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide and manage the necessary activities for the Innovative Housing Showcase (Showcase), a multi-day event on the National Mall. The Showcase will feature state-of-the-art building technologies and full-size housing solutions that can make homeownership more affordable for American families. This contract includes event planning and logistics plus responsibilities for event production, media support, communications, and broader event coordination. It also gives the contractor an active role in shaping how the Showcase is presented and promoted.  Please note that eligible offerors must be familiar with the NPS permitting process, have previous experience performing these services on the National Mall and be approved to perform these services on the Mall in September.
