Description

This solicitation is for the removal of all dredge spoils from the containment cell at Red Head Harbour, including excavation to the geotextile layer. The spoils will be transported to the Envirem Organics facility in Memramcook, NB, and the geotextile will be disposed of at an approved PEI site. After removal, the embankments will be regraded, a temporary 6 ft fencing will secure the work area, and the site and access routes will be cleaned and restored. The contract duration is estimated to be 3 months, starting approximately on July 15, 2026.
