Description

Morgan State University is seeking qualified vendors to conduct formative and summative evaluations of twenty-one activities within the HBCU Part F Title III program. Evaluations will be conducted in phases with two interviews per grant year, one mid-year and one later in the year. After each evaluation interview, the contractor must submit a written report within 15 days outlining the project status and recommendations. The reports are submitted to the Office of Title III Administration, c/o The Director of Title III Programs.
