Description

Morgan State University is seeking qualified vendors to conduct formative and summative evaluations of seven activities within the HISTORICALLY BLACK GRADUATE INSTITUTION (HBGI) Title III Grant program. Evaluations will be conducted in phases with two interviews per grant year, one mid-year and one later in the year. The contractor must submit a written report within 15 days of each evaluation interview to the Office of Title III Administration, outlining project status and recommendations for continuation or discontinuation of activities.
