Justification and Approval to increase the ceiling on Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract 75A50122D00007 (P00008) to Battelle Memorial Institute. The ceiling was increased by $22.5M from $45M to $67.5M, due to in-scope modifications required to the current deliverables on two (2) Task Orders and one (1) Task Order to be awarded via sole-source.

There were no changes to the scope of the work, period of performance, or terms and conditions to the contract. See attached Justification and Approval.
