Sole Source RTI DDS License for LCS Freedom Variant Class Integration

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Philadelphia Division, under the Department of the Navy (NAVSEA), is initiating a sole source procurement for software licensing to support shipboard system integration: - Government Buyer: - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Philadelphia Division - Department of the Navy, NAVSEA - OEMs and Vendors: - Real-Time Innovations, Inc. (RTI) is the sole OEM specified - Products/Services Requested: - RTI DDS License for integration with the eRM-MPCMS system on the LCS Freedom Variant Class - No part numbers or quantities are specified in the notice - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Sole source procurement justified under FAR 6.302; only RTI can provide the required DDS License for this integration - Requirement is for software licensing to enable integration of eRM-MPCMS on the LCS Freedom Variant Class - Place of Performance/Delivery: - NSWC Philadelphia Division, 5001 S Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19112-1403

Description

The subject requisition is a Sole Source purchase of RTI DDS License for the eRM – MPCMS integration for the LCS Freedom Variant Class. 

The proposed contract action is for parts for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
