This Is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract and is Not a Request for Competitive Quotes.
This non-competitive award is implemented by FAR 6.103-1(b), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to UFA Inc. for ATCoach Radar Simulator systems and licensing.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government.
