NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is seeking firm fixed-price bids for the supply of wire-reinforced, non-asbestos fiberglass gaskets and ferrules for U.S. Navy operations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (NAVSUP FLCPS) - Contracting Officer: Wilfredo Gervacio - Products Requested: - Fiberglass gaskets and ferrules, wire-reinforced, non-asbestos, compliant with HH-P-31 Type I Class 1 & 2 specifications - Multiple sizes and configurations, including: - 15 rolls of gasket tape (1/2 inch x 1/8 inch x 20 ft) - Gaskets (various diameters, thicknesses, bolt hole patterns, and BIW CAT numbers) - Ferrules (330 units of 31/32 inch OD x 21/32 inch ID x 1/2 inch thick; 310 units of 31/32 inch OD x 21/32 inch ID x 3/8 inch LG) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; products must meet federal specification HH-P-31 - Unique Requirements: - All items must be non-asbestos - Delivery is FOB destination to SRF and JRMC Yokosuka, Japan - Technical evaluation factors include delivery date, price, and past performance - Detailed product specifications and bolt hole patterns provided for each item - Place of Performance and Delivery: - Contracting office: NAVSUP FLT LOG CTR PUGET SOUND, Bremerton, WA - Delivery location: SRF and JRMC Yokosuka, Japan

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for FIBERGLASS GASKETS & FERRULES (WIRE-REINFORCED HH-P-31 TY 1 CLASS 1 & 2).IN VARIOUS SIZES

Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.

Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
