The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is seeking elevator preventative and predictive maintenance services for its Rome, NY facility: - Government Buyer: - Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), DFAS Rome office - Primary point of contact: James Seamans - OEMs and Vendors: - Dover Elevator (OEM of the installed hydraulic passenger elevator) - No specific service vendors named; contractor must have at least 5 years of experience with Dover Elevator equipment - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance and inspection services for one Dover EL Hydraulic Passenger Elevator (25 HP, 200V, 3 Phase, 3 Stop; Part Number: S5448917) - Monthly and annual preventative and predictive maintenance, including inspection, lubrication, cleaning, repair, and replacement of components (controller parts, wiring, motors, PC boards, pump units) - Emergency repair services with a 6-hour response and 24-hour completion requirement - Live communication service for troubleshooting and emergencies during working hours - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor personnel must have at least 5 years of experience servicing Dover Elevator equipment - All work must comply with manufacturer specifications and ASME A17.1-2007 and ASA A17.1997 safety standards - Security clearances and background checks required for all contractor personnel - Firm fixed-price contract structure, covering all labor, parts, and emergency services - Period of Performance: - Five consecutive one-year periods (total of five years), with annual options to extend - Place of Performance: - DFAS Rome, 325 Brooks Road, Griffiss Business & Technology Park, Rome, NY 13441

Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, facilities, and transportation necessary to provide elevator preventative and predictive maintenance services as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW) for DFAS-ROME, 325Brooks Road, Griffiss Business & Technology Park, Rome, NY 13441. Thecontractor shall perform to the standards in this contract, in accordance withthe manufacturer's specifications and all applicable Municipal, State, and Federal Regulations.
