Description
The Foothill De Anza Community College District, in conjunction with the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, is soliciting proposals to develop a new statewide California Career Passport Platform. This platform will be a learner-controlled digital credential wallet enabling Californians to securely store, manage, and share verified records of their skills, academic achievements, and workforce experience. The procurement process is structured in three phases: innovation concept and pilot readiness, pilot demonstration, and production proposal. The selected firm(s) will be responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions to support statewide objectives for up to five years.
