This solicitation is for providing preventative maintenance and testing services for the Minnesota Department of Military Affairs on the Natural Gas Distribution System and Propane-Air Backup Fuel Systems located at Camp Ripley. The contract includes performing repairs on these systems on an as-needed basis. The scope covers day-to-day operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs, while system design and long-term planning remain the responsibility of the Owner. The contract term is anticipated from June 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, with options to extend up to an additional 4 years.
