The Hawaii Judiciary is seeking contractors for roof leak mitigation at Ka'ahumanu Hale in Honolulu, Oahu. - Government Buyer: - Judiciary, State of Hawaiʻi – First Circuit - OEM Highlight: - HydroStop is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the roof coating system - Products and Services Requested: - Complete cleaning, preparation, and application of HydroStop roof coating system to all designated roof areas - Surface preparation, repair of minor cracks, penetrations, and flashing - Application of primer/base coat, fabric as required, and finish coats to manufacturer’s specified mil thickness - All labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary for a watertight roof coating - Unique and Notable Requirements: - Manufacturer’s written warranty for the HydroStop system - Minimum 10-year workmanship warranty - Contractors must protect adjacent surfaces, coordinate with building operations and security, and comply with OSHA and manufacturer’s installation requirements - Work sequencing must be coordinated with Judiciary operations; off-hour work may be required

Description

The Judiciary, State of Hawaiʻi – First Circuit, is soliciting sealed bids to clean, prep, and apply a complete HydroStop roof coating system on all designated roof areas at Kaʻahumanu Hale. The work includes surface preparation, repair of minor cracks, penetrations, and flashing, application of primer/base coat, fabric as required, and finish coats to manufacturer’s specified mil thickness. The contractor must protect adjacent surfaces, coordinate with building operations and security, and comply with OSHA and manufacturer’s installation requirements. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to deliver a watertight roof coating with manufacturer warranty.
