Description

The Gwinnett County Department of Planning and Development is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified service providers for the provision of Short-Term Rental (STR) Monitoring and License Administration on a multi-year contract. The services will assist the department with implementing the County's Short-Term Rental Ordinance effective April 14, 2027, which requires STR owners to obtain an annual license, designate a local agent, obtain biennial property inspections, and comply with operational requirements. The selected provider will manage the licensing process, maintain necessary software, and monitor STR activity in Gwinnett County.
