Description

The District, in partnership with the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), is seeking professional services to prepare technical studies, conduct public outreach, and prepare a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for a programmatic Cultural/Prescribed Fire and Forest Management Project at Washoe Meadows State Park and Lake Valley State Recreation Area. The project involves environmental and forest management planning to support prescribed and cultural fire practices. Proposals must be submitted electronically by May 27, 2026, no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
