The US Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District intends to award a sole source contract award to Schindler Elevator Corporation, CAGE: 3W6B8, 656 Time Saver Ave., Harahan, LA 70123 for Elevator Services and Maintenance at MVN. NAICS Code is 333921 - Elevator and Moving Stairway Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. The classification code is 3960 – Freight Elevators.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by 29 April 2026, at 11:00 AM, local time.
