This opportunity seeks qualified contractors to provide ISO and AS 9110 registration, certification, and audit services for multiple Fleet Readiness Centers (FRCs) under the Department of the Navy's Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC). - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs are named; the incumbent is Intertek Testing Services NA, Inc. - Products/Services Requested: - Registration, recertification, and surveillance audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and AS 9110 standards - Audit execution, reporting, corrective action verification, and data uploads to OASIS - Lead/internal auditor training (16 seats annually) for AS9110, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 - System updates and technical support for management system documentation when standards are revised - Program management and travel support for audit activities - Special surveillance audits as needed - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Services must comply with CMMC Level 1 cybersecurity standards - Work is distributed across five FRCs nationwide (Jacksonville, FL; Cherry Point, NC; North Island, CA; Norfolk/Virginia Beach/Oceana, VA; Lemoore, CA) - Contractor must provide all necessary travel and support for on-site audits - Security, information handling, and technical training are required - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four option years, with activities and deliverables scheduled annually - Estimated total duration is up to 5.5 years - Place of Performance: - Fleet Readiness Centers at Jacksonville, FL; Cherry Point, NC; North Island, CA; Norfolk/Virginia Beach/Oceana, VA; Lemoore, CA - Headquarters at Patuxent River, MD
